THE ETHYLENE FURNACE INTERACTIVE EXHIBIT

DESCRIPTION

This feature exhibit, unlike the interactive Happy House, demonstrates the technical aspects of plastic production. The 26'0' high,/scale display of the Ethylene Furnace describes the chemical process involved in producing the resins used in the manufacturing of all plastics.

The exhibit shows a cutaway of the core highlighted with fiber optic lighting representing the intense heat of a fire box. An A/V presentation explains the process in detail using computer modeling and graphics.

House of Kevin was responsible for the complete exhibit from concept to installation.
