DESCRIPTION

Nature surrounds you at this scenic conservation area that consists of hiking and cross country skiing trails outfitted with boardwalks, birdfeeders and interpretive lookouts. The extensive wetlands of Mountsberg Conservation Area are a birdwatcher's paradise.


The conservation authority is building a brand new Visitor Center complete with an Exhibit Gallery, which is being designed by House of Kevin. The exhibits will include topographic maps, interactive "hands-on" displays, dioramas, models and graphics. The feature component will be a day/night wetlands theater featuring local flora and fauna highlighted by a light and sound show.
