House of Kevin inc. Design and Fabrication facilities, located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada are situated thirty minutes from Buffalo and a short drive from Toronto's Person International Airport. This close proximity gaurantees a control on research, development and fabrication through design exchanges and meetings with House of Kevin and the client on an international level.
House of Kevin has recently expanded to 7000 sqft. of design and fabrication space. Our shop area consists of plastic, wood and metal working machinery as well as vacuum forming equipment and a full capacity spray booth. We operate 3-D modeling on CAD systems in PC and Mac format. Here we can produce files for CNC, laser or waterjet cutting for complex mechanical or static parts for our final displays.
House of Kevin has experience in a variety of materials from plastics and two part resins thru to aluminum and stainless steel. This technical expertise combined with our ability in areas such as electrical, mechanical and computer programming allows us to create outstanding static and interactive exhibits of the highest quality.
With the technical background and design capabilities of our firm the exhibits and reproductions are backed with the knowledge that longevity and minimal maintenance are two key factors in the production of museum quality exhibits.
Our production schedule will be peppered with photographic progress shots utilizing digital technology enabling House of Kevin to send up-to-date pictures via e-mail. This will give the client a further level of confidence during the fabrication and eliminate any "suprises" throughout the process.
House of Kevin has extensive experience in shipping and installing and will ensure that the exhibit arrives safely and on time. Our installation staff, while doing a thorough job, are happy to assist the client in making the site work run as smoothly as possible in relationship to other trades and general traffic flow.
