cs-live.com Inc was incorporated on January 13, 2000.

On July 28, 2000, cs-live.com inc. became a public company through a reverse take-over of ADR Explorations Ltd. The company is listed on the Canadian Exchange (CDNX). Our Stock Symbol is YCZ.

Status: Cs-Live was purchased by 800America

800America.com Inc. (NASDAQ - ACCO), a business-to-business, business-to-consumer and technology company, acquired the assets of cs-live.com Inc. in September of 2001. As part of the transaction, 800America.com received all of cs-live.com's intellectual property, including cs-live's technology, the cs-live name, all copyrights, domain names owned and patents pending. In addition, the 800America.com received cs-live.com's existing customer lists plus certain other assets.

My Involvement: Senior Member & Member of TG 1 - Security Committee (Project 1583)
Purpose: The purpose of this project is to develop an evaluation standard for election voting equipment. The standard will provide technical specifications for electronic, mechanical, and human factors that can be used by manufacturers of voting machines or by those purchasing such machines.
