A Message From The President
Jay Cashmore, President and CEO

Hello! Welcome to the first quarterly issue of Speak EZE. This will be a regular feature of Ezenet's employee communication program; one that we hope will be informative, interesting, and sometimes amusing! We will use this newsletter as a way to keep you better informed about what the company is doing, and to feature some of the interesting things that your co-workers are involved with.

We expect this to be a break-through year for our company. The integration of WMSI and Ezenet is largely behind us, and the recent addition of Fitech provides the front-end 'appeal' for our systems that many of our clients have been requesting. We can now add value in a financial institution's sales channel - this is where the competitive battle for the customer is being fought. We have the products, the talent and the business knowledge to capitalize on this great opportunity. Based on sales activity to date, we anticipate a very busy year for everyone.

First quarter activities will lay the foundation for this year. We are currently working on the Business Plan, budget, and departmental and individual objectives. It is important that everyone know what we are trying to achieve as a company, and how you will individually contribute to our success. We will also be spending a lot of time on our communications program - we need to clarify for our customers and our investors who we are, what we do, and how we will successfully represent their interests. 2001 will also be a big year for our U.S. operation. Our five- person team located in Raleigh, North Carolina and Chicago are now beginning to introduce Ezenet products to their marketplace. Their success will be an important part of Ezenet's future.

This newsletter is our opportunity to learn more about each other and our company. I hope that many of you will take the opportunity to make contributions of anything that might be of interest to your fellow employees. Remember - "Bigger, Better, Stronger" - this is our year!
