As indicated in "Business Today" in Toronto Star, companies like Chapters Inc. are subject to loose their listing from TSE due to poor performance. Realizing that at the moment Ezenet stock is trading below the book and cash value, surely indicates a very poor perfomance by the company to address this issue.

Yesterday, after what I consider to be Ezenet&#8217;s best News Release ever, I noticed that some shares could still be had at $2.00. Since this is under cash value I jumped on them and snapped them up. The more shares that I bought, the more someone at Canacord was feeding the sell side with lower and lower ask prices. On a day when EZE should have skyrocketed, it lingered and headed south as the day wore on.

Here is my theory:

Someone who is looking to take over EZE (7/24 solutions perhaps) is deliberately selling into each market strength to keep the price down while they negotiate a takeover deal.

My theory may or may not be accurate, but actions speak louder than words and yesterday&#8217;s market activity sure smelled fishy.

I would appreciate a reply with your views on this matter.

My understanding is that based on todays closing price of 1.90 with approximately 36 million in cash and equivalents the company is trading at a very significant discount. As a shareholder I believe as do several others I have communicated with that the company should be (aggressively) buying back shares at these levels considering the amount of cash the company has on hand. If this is not the case please explain to me why you believe investors should be content to remain shareholders.

What happens if I upgrade my system, or more likely, hose my system and have to reformat and reinstall?  I inquired previously and was told that holders of licensed versions would not be left in the lurch.  When can I expect some information?  Or did I blow my money by upgrading less than six months before you folks decided to fold up your tent?

Do I get a response or not.  I have purchased both versions 4 and 5.  If I'd have known that you would drop the product, I would not have spent the money to up-grade.  I want to keep using the product, but, I've already had to reinstall once due to a corrupted registry in Windows.  Being that I need a key to reinstall, if I ever have to re-format and reinstall windows, I will be unable to use a product that I purchased in good faith.  WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO FOR THE ORPHANED OWNERS OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
