I have had the pleasure of meeting some of Ezenet's clients over
the past few months and look forward to meeting the rest of you
in the coming weeks. Ezenet's expanded client services team is dedicated
to providing the highest level of service in the industry today.
Over the past few months we have been working with all of the Ezenet
resources who provide services to our customers with an eye toward
developing formal service level agreements. These 'SLA's' as we
call them, provide the process required to effectively communicate
with our customers and to set and monitor expectations. We expect
to negotiate these with all customers within the next few months.
Most of our client services resources have been employed in the
industry as Support Representatives, Business Analysts, Product
Managers and Project Managers - they understand the business issues
you face on a regular basis. They will be more than happy to work
with you to define and effect a suitable resolution to your business
issues. Their goal is to work with you to ensure that when a feature
is developed it works the way you expect it to work, the first time
and every time.
We are excited about the future here at Ezenet and we want you
to be as well. Our intent is to become an extension of each of our
customers' product development and services teams. Please don't
