Candidates must have at least 2 years full-time employment experience in managing large IT projects end to end. Experience in the financial industry is an important asset. Knowledge and application of Object Oriented (OO) methodologies is essential. Must possess strong leadership, teamwork qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will include the management of multiple projects, design/consulting on projects, client relationship issues, resource planning/allocation and needs analysis, project planning, scheduling. As well resolve technical issues to achieve overall development objectives. The candidate will also respond to RFI/RFPs, proposal preparation, and escalation path for project related issues within the projects.

• Must be completely fluent in a UNIX-based version of C++.

Intermediate C++ Programmers
