The Comments Box is an area where you can keep large amounts of information for each record, such as notes or detailed descriptions.
Although you may enter information directly inside of the comments box, you may also view and edit your entry in full screen view by double clicking in it.
The comments box is recognized as a "field" in KazTrix. It can be accessed and named like any of the other fields, but can hold unlimited text. You can only use one comment's box per records however.
Importing/Exporting Text
You may type your information directly into the box or you may import any text file into it.
To import text, click on the Import button and select a text file (.txt).
To export your text, right-click inside the box and choose Notepad or Word format.
Double-clicking inside the box will automatically open your text in Notepad.
Locking/Unlocking
You may protect your data from unwelcome eyes by restricting access to the information inside the comments box. To do that click on the 
button and enter a password. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

Important: While the comments box is locked, you will not be able to include your comments box text when generating a report in Normal to Notepad mode.
Note for registered users only: If you forget your password, you may enter your registration code to unlock the comments box at any time.
