The Chart feature provides you with a graphical interpretation of your data's distribution throughout your current database.
 
Through the chart menu bar you have access to a number of different 2D and 3D chart types including pie, bar, horizontal and area charts. The chart screen even includes a nifty "animate" function for use in demonstrations. The animation rotates your information in a 3-D representation (pie chart only).
 
Each field is colour coded for easy value identification. A legend with each area's value appears on the screen.

Description of Chart Types
 
Area chart: This type of chart shows the relative importance of values over a period of time.
Horizontal chart (Gantt):This is the most common used chart, and it shows variation over a period of time.
Bar chart:  Same as Horizontal chart only in vertical format.
Pie chart: This type of chart shows the relationship or proportions of parts to a whole.
 
Select the type of chart you want from the pull down menu located to the left of the chart screen. Using the other functions on the chart screen can help you change the way your data is represented and also how your chart looks. Adjust it to suit yourself!
 
If you want to print your chart, click the "print" button located on the chart screen.
