Step 3 - Sort By
When sorting, you may select the order in which your report will sort the data and by which field. You have the option to select between Ascending (A-Z) or Descending (Z-A) order (a scroll-down menu with all your field labels is also displayed).
Note: Skipping this step will default to an ascending order by record number (1, 2, 3, ...)
