April 29, 2002 -Live Data Corporation signs 24 month agreement for large bandwidth to its data center. Bandwidth demand here is expected to double in the next three to six months.
March 29, 2002 - Live Data Corporation signs Value-added Reseller Agreement with WebDAX to market WebDAX Services. WebDAX also agrees to include Live Data products in every WebDAX proposal and on its WebSite. WebDAX now offers complete Disaster Recovery Solution to its high-end clients.
March 1, 2002 - WebDAX wins Telus approval to direct connect to Telus Points of Presence (POPs). This gives WebDAX its 3rd Tier 1 Internet provider to allow us to deliver unprecedented reliability and backup.
February 28, 2002 - WebDAX completes approval process with Cadillac Fairview allowing access to roof tops. WebDAX begins marketing to Cadillac Fairview buildings.
February 15, 2002 - WebDAX, after one year of diligence, lands Greenwin Property Management approval for roof tops.

December 9, 2001- Dr. David Power of the Co-ordinating Committee for Public Education (CCPE) signs a long-term agreement with WebDAX Nebraska for Internet access.
November 6, 2001- WebDAX signs WaveRider Communications Inc. to long-term agreement and successfully cuts over the company to a wireless link to Consumers Road.
October 30, 2001- WebDAX completes approval process with AT&T Canada Inc. and has a non-standard access to all Points of Presence (POPs) across Canada.
September 25, 2001 - WebDAX becomes the first wireless provider to be approved on a non-standard direct-connect to a Tier 1 Point of Prescence (POP).
September 5, 2001 - WebDAX signs Hospitality Publisher, Kostuch Publications Limited to long-term agreement.
July 21, 2001 - WebDAX signs a strategic alliance agreement with Raytheon Corporation of Omaha. Raytheon is a major military supplier and has exceptional skills and security expertise to assist WebDAX. Also, Raytheon will project manage major WebDAX projects.
March 19, 2001- The Gallup Organization signs 30 month agreement with WebdAX in Nebraska to build a 3 link wireless VPN between its Headquarters and its Westgate.
February 1, 2001 - WebDAX officially opens Toronto Offices at 23 Lesmill Road, a strategic location near the 401 and Don Valley Parkway with roof rights included for free in the lease. WebDAX offices opened in the 20 story US Bank Tower in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska.
