• Mr. Kasra Meshkin, Director

  Mr. Meshkin has held many executive positions throughout his career, in several high-tech companies. Amongst them, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Advisor at Ezenet Corporation, a public corporation and leader in providing integrated technology solutions for banking and financial institutions. Mr. Meshkin was involved in securing the largest single issue of financing in the history of the CDNX in the year 2000.
  With more than 10 years experience in Microelectronics R & D and software development, he pioneered advanced Internet applications and security while serving as Vice-President of Research and Development at Ezenet Inc.
  In addition to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Netstor Technologies Inc., he authored several consumer and commercial software applications. Mr. Meshkin has gained valuable managerial experience while building and guiding private companies through the process of going public.
  Mr. Meshkin is or has been a member of board of directors of public and private companies including Ezenet Corp. (TSE - EZE), CS-LIVE (CDNX) and Netstor Technologies Inc., PortalZone Inc (Member of Advisory board), Processing Intelligence Corp (President), e-Rendezvous Corp (Co-Founder), Xirac Inc (President).
  With over eleven years of experience in the telecommunications field, Mr. Meshkin's vision and business acumen has been integral to the success of companies he has been involved with.
