Effective January 1, 1997, all of the operations of Ezer and Associates Ltd. and Ezer Data Systems Ltd. will be amalgamated with the operations of EZENET INC. The new company will continue to be known as EZENET INC. As contracts for services come up for renewal, they will be completed in the name of EZENET INC. The Ezer group of companies have grown and in anticipation of further expansion, we feel our clients will benefit from the higher profile that the new company intents to promote.

EZENET INC. will be taking a more aggressive approach in the market and we expect to have our Financial and Internet products more widely known and used in the future. We want to thank all of our clients for their loyalty and continuing commitment to the Ezer organization.
