TORONTO, Sep 10 1996, --- EZENET INC. announces plans to move to larger premises on January 1, 1997. The expansion is required to meet the growing demand for outsourcing of data processing in the financial services sector and Commercial Internet Services.

EZENET currently provides all data processing services to 15 small to medium sized financial institutions in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia. By the end of 1997, services will expand to cover the prairies.

In 1994, the company completed several years of development work and introduced its complete financial management package, designed to run in UNIX on the IBM RISC 6000 family of computers. This software is capable of providing all the necessary programs and functionality needed in a full service financial institution at significant savings.
