Developed by KASRA Inc., EDWE is a fully
interactive, on-line web page editor that allows users to update
or edit their web-pages from anywhere they wish with none of the
common and obvious limitations normally associated with web page editing.
Designed for webmasters by webmasters, EDWE will forever alter
the relationship between webmasters and their on-line users by
minimizing and in some cases eliminating client requests for
changes to their web-pages. Tedious and time consuming efforts
by webmasters to instruct and tutor users on the usage and
procedures of such things as FTP can be swept away with
EDWE.
Webmasters would no longer be faced with concerns for potential
security and system integrity breaches when allowing shell access
to their users.
With EDWE, users would be able to modify and view their pages
more interactively due to the EDWE's inherent ability to
save web-page modifications to a live system with full
security measures in place as well as view image files
individually by harnessing EDWE's built-in image viewer for
JPEG and GIF formats.
When available, EDWE's Version 1.2 will include such
features as updating and modifying web-pages in "split-
screen" format and allowing users to use the "frame
options" of all of the newer and up coming browsers such as
Netscape 2.0.
EDWE version 1.1 has been released with an upgrade ( version
.2 ) still under development. With the purchase of version 1.1, 1.2
will be supplied free of charge (as soon as it's
available).
